We have helped many families, Fire & Rescue Departments, Youth Sports, and Scholarships for College over the past 8 years. Our main goal is to give back to our community and make it a better place for everyone to live. We strive to live up to our motto of "People Helping People". |

School Supply Drive
The ladies Auxiliary is holding its annual school supply drive for the upcoming year. We are in need of the following:
- High School Book Bags
- Colored Pencils
- Pens (Black/Blue)
- Kids Scissors
- Loose Leaf Notebook Paper
- 1 Subject Spiral Notebooks
- Glue Sticks
DONATIONS ARE ALSO WELCOMED..........
The Ladies Auxiliary would like to Thank everyone for their support over the past year. With the support of our Members & Guest at our Events we were able to provide assistance to the following:
$1,242 sent to Grand Aerie Charities such as Diabetes, Heart, Spinal Cord, Child Abuse
$600 to Loudoun Storm Softball, Round Hill Cub Scouts, Round Hill Fire Dept
$1,250 in Scholarships for Students at Loudoun Valley High School
$2,114 to local Families needing assistance with financial obligations, Rent, Medicine, Car Repairs, Electric Bills, Water Bills.
Thank you again for all of your support! With your support we are able to live up to our motto "PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE".......... We look forward to another Great Year!!!!

Liquor/Wine Bottle Policy Change
The Board of Trustees have made a change to the Liquor/Wine Bottle Policy. As of April 26, 2010 all bottles must be given to the bartender and served from behind the bar. You will no longer be able to keep Liquor/Wine Bottles at your table.
This policy is in effect for every function.
