Hello Sisters,
Wow, it’s hard to believe 2012 is right around the corner. The Auxiliary was busy this last quarter of 2011. Thanks to all that came out and supported our Oktoberfest event. Thanks for supporting the Auxiliary and the Aerie, it was a successful event! The winner of our Chili Cook Off was Jeff Carr, who was presented with a gift Certificate from Tuskie’s in Leesburg. Pat Owens & Marc Jagoe were the winners of the Cornhole Tournament, which earned them a round of golf for four at Goose Creek Golf. Speaking of winners, I would like to congratulate Carol Wilson, who was our winner of the Tailgate Package – a portable grill and a $50 gas card. The Auxiliary was also able to present Madame State President Fran Arnold with a $200 check for her charity, Caroline Christian Health Center. I would also like to extend a BIG THANK YOU to all sisters who have donated baked goods & food for the events at the Aerie. Congrats to you all and to everyone Thank You for your continued support. Without you ,the Auxiliary would not be able to help the community when in need and support the Aerie.
Reminder the Auxiliary meets the 1st & 3rd Tuesday’s @ 7pm. Every Thursday is Ladies Night, ½ priced drinks. The Auxiliary is planning a joint event with the Aerie on Feb. 11th, hope you will stop by and join in the fun! On March 17th, the “Ladies Host the Aerie” so be sure to stop on in and celebrate St. Patricks Day with us.
